Order cancellation policy
Orders placed can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours orders placed can not be canceled.
Steps on how to cancel your order (within a 12-hour purchase):
1. Locate the order number via email confirmation.
2. Send us an email at contact@sosawigs.com with the order number included.
3. We will contact you the same day within our business hours to proceed with your cancellation request.
General refund/return policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase or you may not be satisfied with the product. To be eligible for a general refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and remain in its original packaging. Refund requests communicated within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery date will be considered.
Below is what we consider to be eligible for a return:

The product is unworn or unused, undamaged, and has remained in its original condition and packaging.
Steps to begin the refund process if a refund is warranted:
1. A video or picture of the item in its original condition (send it to contact@sosawigs.com).
2. A return shipping address will be provided. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
3. The customer must return the item within 24 hours once a refund is confirmed. A tracking confirmation must be provided. If a confirmation isn’t received within 24 hours the refund can be void.
4. Once the package is received, we will inspect the package to confirm it meets all product return and exchange requirements. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on the returned item. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If the product meets all requirements, Sosa Wigs will issue a return. Returns will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Item deemed not as described policy
We provide a detailed description under each item to ensure our customers are informed about their purchase. We also include multiple pictures of items on our website.
Please inspect all orders upon arrival for accuracy or defects. Issues communicated within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery date will be considered. Any communication received after the 48-hour grace period will not be treated and automatically denied.

Refund/Correction Policy for Wig Services
Please inspect all wig service orders upon arrival for accuracy or defects. Issues communicated within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery date will be considered. Any communication received after the 48-hour grace period will not be treated and will be automatically denied.
Wig services purchases are final sales.
We are not liable for incorrect information, such as head measurements. If the wrong measurements were provided, we are not required to make corrections.
Wig services include wig construction, premade wig customization, wig revamp, closure replacement, and wig reconstruction.
Custom Color Policy for Pre-order Units
We will make every effort to match the custom color you selected as closely as possible to the reference photo. However, please note that an exact match to the photo or description cannot be guaranteed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
